We are currently seeking an associate attorney to join our dynamic team in Morristown, New Jersey. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dedicated, and seeking a collaborative environment that will provide opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities will touch upon all phases of representation of our community association clients and will include;
- Drafting governing documents and contract work
- Attendance at board meetings,
- Coordinating board elections
- Prosecution of delinquent association accounts, and when necessary, litigation, trial and/or appellate work.
The position will offer hybrid work flexibility and is based in Morristown, New Jersey. Strong academic credentials; and demonstrated writing ability is required. One to three years of experience and a clerkship is preferred, however new graduates and applicants from current judicial clerks are welcome. Member of the New Jersey Bar is required. Salary commensurate with experience.
