Lum, Drasco & Positan LLC, a Firm with deep roots in the Essex County legal community, seeks an associate with one to three years of commercial litigation experience in New Jersey State and Federal Courts. Plaintiff’s personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, condemnation, and/or matrimonial experience are a plus. The right candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent writing skills, a great work ethic, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Collegial workplace with full benefits and a competitive salary commensurate with experience. New Jersey license required; New York license is preferred. Clerkship experience is also preferred.
