The candidate should be already admitted to the State Bar and have a strong interest in obtaining and continuing trial and pre-trial experience. Computer skills, including Word, Lexis, and Office useful. Our practice is a unique blend of trial and litigation practice within insurance defense, commercial litigation, wills/estates/probate, and workers’ compensation claims. We are a professional corporation that boasts a personalized, friendly small firm feel with a big firm experienced approach and positive litigation results. The attorney position encompasses handling all phases of litigation – from initial file review to trial and appeal. We record and enter time in our billing software so that we can bill our clients for services. Our expectation is that you will participate in maintaining and developing client relationships.
