Job Summary
A well-established and respected New York City law firm is seeking a talented attorney to join our growing Appellate Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about legal writing, appellate advocacy, and contributing to high-level litigation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and argue appellate briefs and dispositive motions across a range of practice areas, including labor law, premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and general liability.
- Support the firm’s litigation teams by providing legal analysis and strategic input on complex matters.
- Collaborate closely with experienced appellate practitioners and litigators.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Judicial clerkship experience and/or a strong legal writing background.
- Prior experience in the areas of labor law, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, trucking, or general liability.
- Admission to the New York Bar (New Jersey admission is a plus).
