Bertone Piccini LLP is a growing 15 attorney New Jersey law firm seeking an experienced litigator to join our team.
This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, sophisticated matters, and a genuine path to building a practice without the layers of bureaucracy and billable-hour pressure associated with a large firm. We are particularly interested in attorneys with experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, real estate litigation, construction litigation, partnership/shareholder disputes, and related matters.
For a partner or senior attorney: We are interested in attorneys who have an existing practice and want a platform to grow it, as well as attorneys who have the skills and relationships to develop business but don’t want to manage a 100-lawyer firm.
For associates: You will work directly with partners and clients and have the opportunity to take meaningful responsibility for cases rather than being one of several associates staffed on a matter.

Salary Range: $125,000-$165,000 (Depending on Experience), plus potential for bonus.
