Insurance Defense Litigation Attorneys – Multiple Practice Areas including Transportation, Premises Liability, and General Liability | Full-Time
Location: Remote/Hybrid Options Available
Salary and Benefits: salary from $120,000.00 – $175,000.00 (flexible based on years of experience), excellent benefits, potential for quarterly bonuses, in-house CLE programs and excellent opportunities for advancement.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant litigation experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
- Proven ability to take and defend depositions
- Experience drafting legal reports and engaging in motion practice
- Trial experience is a plus, though not required
- NJ admission (NY admission a plus, but not required)
